Version 2.3 - Notes Tool Refinement

• 📝 Instant Notes: Notes now open immediately from the bottom toolbar with the text-entry prompt.
• 🧩 Floating Note Cards: Notes appear as draggable floating text boxes with edit and delete controls.
• ⏱️ Timer Tool: Added a timer control to the bottom toolbar for quick in-map countdown use.
• 🗑️ Clear All Support: Clear All Placements now removes note markers alongside the rest of the map content.
• 🧹 Toolbar Cleanup: Removed the obsolete objective marker buttons from the bottom panel and kept the interface focused on the active tools.

Version 2.2 - Map Toggle & Toolbar Polish

• 🔄 Map Variant Toggle: Added a simple switch for the alternate map view so teams can quickly compare layouts.

Version 2.1 - Targeted migration & UX tweaks

• 🧹 Removed Add Enemies: Removed the "Add 5 Enemies" button and related auto-enemy placement functionality.
• ➕ Team 7: Added Team 7 to the predefined teams and team dropdowns.
• 🔢 Removed counters & limits: Removed the placed-player counter next to the map and the player limit enforcement so placements are unrestricted.
• ☑️ Clear-all confirmation: Added a "Don't warn me again" checkbox to the Clear All confirmation modal and persist the choice for the session.
• 🎨 Created by & heading: Moved and restored the "Created by MIGHTYLABS" credit inline with the Battle Map header and restored the Discord profile link.
• 🎭 Roles & colors: Changed DPS color to VS Code blue and added an ENEMEY role (red). DPS and ENEMEY badges/text now use black for improved readability.
• ↩️ Undo improvements: Undo now covers placed markers as well as drawings (moves, adds, and removals recorded).
• ⚙️ Misc tidy: Removed the Support role filter/button and removed duplicate player counters in the roster panel.

Version 2.0.1 - Arrow Tool & Toolbar Refinements

Released: May 2026

• ➹ Directional Arrow Tool: Added a draggable arrow tool. Click the arrow button, then drag on the map to draw a variable length, directional arrow for callouts, pushes, and rotations.
• ✨ Map Objectives Back on the Toolbar: Un-nested the boss, tower, tree, and goose markers from the pop-up menu. They now sit directly on the bottom toolbar for one click placement.
• 🧹 Removed Screenshot & Gallery: Retired the screenshot capture and gallery slideshow features to keep the tool focused and lightweight.
• 🧹 Removed Auto-delete Toggle: Removed the auto-delete drawings option; drawings now persist until cleared or undone.
• 🐛 Marker Dot Fix: Player role markers now render as clean colored dots instead of showing a square background.
• 🐛 Draw Color Fix: The first stroke after picking a new color now uses the chosen color immediately.
• 🎨 Layout Polish: Aligned the roster and map panels so their bottoms line up, and ensured the full map is always visible without cropping.
• 🔆 Toolbar Icons: Brightened the undo/redo icons for better visibility, and enlarged team marker labels for readability.

Version 2.0.0 - "Ink & Cinder" Complete Redesign

• 🎨 Full Visual Overhaul: Rebuilt the entire interface with a wuxia inspired ink and gold theme to match Where Winds Meet, replacing the previous look entirely.
• 🖼️ New Layout: Reorganized into a battle map left, roster right layout with framed map, hanging scroll header, and engraved navigation tablets.
• 🀄 Themed Components: Restyled every element: team pills, role badges, markers, modals, toolbar, and forms in the new imperial palette.
